The minimum user access level a user must have to use this feature of Pimarc.

This page is for administrator to change the Pimarc settings.

  • There is a time out option, which will log a user out of the system after a certain period of inactivity. This is for security reasons.

  • There is an overtime rate, it used in the timesheet for the payroll calculation.

  • You can change the GST and PST rate, they are being used in the invoice.

  • Check the checkbox if you want to attach AOLS sticker to all legal descriptions in AOLS Sticker List.

  • If your company used the internal plan number, check the checkbox to set the internal plan number on.

  • You can also establish billing rates and item costs. These values are used in the quote section of the system. See quote page.

  • To add label: Check the checkbox first to enable the fills, then fill in the label and rate. Once you click the update settings button, it will apply to the entire Pimarc system. 

How to set calendar colors:

  1. Click on the text area or the button, it opens a color selector dialog box.

  2. Select the color you want to display in the calendar page.
