Add Quote

You can add quote to Pimarc quotes section if you are level 5 users or up. See User Access Security .

To add quote:

1. Click the Add Quote button in the quotes page.
   
   
2. Select the staffs that you want to assign to the project and estimate the fieldwork hours, drafting hours, searching hours or searching freelancer costs. You can also estimate the disbursements that may be incurred on the project.
   
   
3. Click the save button to save the quote. You also can print it out by pressing the print button.
   
   
4. Once the quote has been built, you can save the quote until the client has approved or declined it.
