Client Tab Edit

This section is available for Level 5 users and up. Press the edit button at the bottom of the client tab view window to open client tab edit window. In this section, you are available to edit or delete the client.

Special button functions:

• Active button: You can set a customer as active or inactive by pressing the active or inactive button so that no projects can be assigned to an inactive customer for various reasons, such as non-payment of invoices or a name change of the customer's company. This button is only for level 6 and level 7 users.
  
  
• Invoices button: If you click the invoice button, any invoices issued for this client are displayed. To view an invoice, you simply press the button beside the one you wish and the invoice is displayed from your accounting system if it is connected to Pimarc. This button is only for level 6 and level 7 users.
  
  
• Client notes button: You can press the client notes button to add confidential notes for this client. Once your notes are added, the client notes button displays in red. This button is only for level 6 and level 7 users.
  
  
• Tag to delete button: This button only shows when there is not jobs associated with. Once you click the tag to delete button, the client is removed to recover section. This button is available for Level 5 users and up.
  
  
• Open button: This button opens the website page that you put on the website input box.
  
  
• Address copy box: In the full address box, it locates under the notes box, click the box to copy, then paste it to the clipboard.

1. You can edit the client information from the edit client tab.
2. Contact name, phone number, fax number and email can't be edited in the client tab.
3. Go to theContacts tab, click the primary contact, you can edit the contact details in the edit window. After you updated the primary contact information, it's updated to the client page.
