Add/Edit/Delete Municipality Code

The minimum user access level a user must have to use this feature of Pimarc.

You can add a new code, edit a code, and delete a code in Pimarc codes section if you are level 5 users or up. See User Access Security .

To add code:

  1. Click the Edit Page button in the codes page.
  2. Click the Add button to open a "code type add page" window.
  3. Fill in the code name and description; select a county in the drop down box.
  4. In the status check box, the default status is checked. When the check box is checked, the code is active; when it is unchecked, the code is inactive.
  5. Click the add button to add the code.

To edit code:

  1. Select a code you wish to edit in the radio box in the codes page.
  2. It opens a modify code window.
  3. Make your change and click the modify button.
  4. There is a confirmation window to confirm your change.
  5. Click the modify button to save it.

To delete code:

  1. Select a code you wish to delete in the radio box in the codes page.
  2. It opens a deletion code window.
  3. Click the delete button and it opens a confirmation window to confirm your deletion.
  4. Click the delete button again to complete delete it or click cancel button to cancel it.
