The minimum user access level a user must have to use this feature of Pimarc.

This section is a basic messaging system that allows users to send notes to one another.  It also allows users to receive notifications from PIMARC about events that have occured such as a new project has been created, locked, edited or warnings from the system about inventory limits being reached.

The Message indicator in the top menu next to the user name and greeting show that there are unread messages and how many there are.

To the left of the message list is the message folder list. Messages in the Inbox are sent from other staff. The System Messages folder contain messages from the system reguarding inventory limits being reached and other warnings. And the Send Items folder contains the messages sent by the user.

Messages with the white background are unread while the gray background indicates that the message has been read.
