Job Data Tab View

Every Pimarc users can view the base information in job data tab. The invoices button and the project notes button are only showed in level 6 and level 7 users.

In the job data tab view, you can view your target project's client number, client name, job type, file number, date ordered, different due dates, and so on.

Special button functions:

• Client button: If you allow the cursor to sit on the button, you are presented with a fly out box showing a snapshot of the client name, address, and contact numbers. The text in the button also displays in red if there is information available to be viewed in the client notes section. If the client is inactive, the button displays in red. If you click the button, it opens a client view window.
  
  
• Invoices button: If you click the invoice button, any invoices issued for this project are displayed. To view an invoice, you simply press the button beside the one you wish and the invoice is displayed from your accounting system if it is connected to Pimarc. This button is only for level 6 and level 7 users.
  
  
• Project notes button: You can press the project notes button to add confidential notes for this project. Once your notes are added, the project notes button displays in red. If you allow the cursor to sit on the button, you are presented with a fly out box showing the project notes. You can view a quote that is attached to this project by hitting the calculate button beside the quote field. You can also add a quote or revise the attached quote if the parameters of the project have changed. This button is only for level 6 and level 7 users.
