Copy a Job

The minimum user access level a user must have to use this feature of Pimarc.

You can copy a job to Pimarc Jobs section if your user level is higher than level 4. See User Access Security.

To copy a job:

  1. In the RapidEdit window -> Jobs window, you can find the copy job button.

  2. Click the Copy Job button, and then it opens a "pick a client" window.

  3. Insert the job# and click the search button. Click the reset button to reset your input. Click the cancel button to cancel the form.

  4. Pick a file number for the new job, then it opens a "create new job number" dialog. Enter the new file number you want to create and click submit.

  5. It copies the job data tab and description tab to the new job. You also can edit it and click the update button to make changes for the new job.
