Edit / Delete Time

The minimum user access level a user must have to use this feature of Pimarc.

To edit a record just click on the Edit label on the record you want to change and this will open the time edit page.

NOTE - if the time record that you are editing is associated to a task you will not be able to change the time record's department or billing code setting.

If the time entry is associated to a task there will be another button option at the bottom of the time edit page called Unassign. This button is used to disconnect the time entry from the task. To disconnect the time entry click on the Unassign button and then Click on the Update button. If the update button is not clicked the record will not be disconnected from the task. You will know that the record is not assigned to a task because the Unassign button will be gone from the options.

The Cancel, Update and Delete buttons do just what they say they do, cancel the edit, update the record with any changes that were made to the record information and delete the record.

The Reassign button moves the time entry from one project to another. If the time entry is currently assigned to a task then when you move the record to a different project the software would also disconnect the time record from the task.
