Required User Level
1 - View
The minimum user access level a user must have
to use this feature of Pimarc.
This section contains the legal description, attached plan and underlying reference plan of the
project. If there is a scanned image or a file attached with the legal description, you can
view it by pressing the button with the attached file name. This section can be viewed by every
Pimarc user. The New Plan button and edit button are only available for Level 3 users or up.
Special plan functions:
- No Plan: Click this checkbox to change the status of the plan attachment
to no plan attached. When the job doesn't come with a plan image, it marks the project as
no SRI plan attached. The system automatically disables this option when a plan is attached
to the project
- No Field Notes: Click this checkbox to change the status of the notes
attachment to no notes attached. When the job doesn't come with field notes, it marks as
no SRI notes attached.
